Marathon is an Australian family-owned commercial design and build company based in the Hunter Region, with 20+ years of experience delivering innovative modular construction projects to regional, remote and metropolitan communities across eastern Australia.

As a leader in volumetric modular delivery, Marathon integrates design, cost planning, manufacturing and construction to provide certainty from concept to completion. By shifting build activity into a factory-controlled environment, we reduce program timelines, improve quality outcomes and provide greater flexibility in design and finishes. This enables faster time to revenue, lower delivery risk and more predictable project outcomes.

What drives us is a belief that the Marathon Method does more than meet modern construction needs. It enables businesses to strategically grow, adapt and scale while enriching the communities they serve.

By thinking long term and working in an integrated way, we focus on building commercial assets that deliver lasting value and remain relevant, functional and flexible into the future.
