Marathon AI helps organizations build lasting AI readiness through learning, adoption, strategy, and change management.

The name isn't just branding. It's a philosophy. While others promise quick AI sprints, we know that real organizational change is a marathon. It takes pacing, preparation, and the endurance to keep going when the initial excitement fades.

Founded by Principal Consultant Kareem Hersi, Marathon AI brings deep learning and development expertise to the AI readiness challenge. We've helped teams at some of Canada's largest organizations move from AI-curious to AI-confident through practical training, strategic planning, and change management that actually sticks.

AI fluency isn't a nice-to-have anymore. It's table stakes. But getting there isn't about rushing to adopt every new tool. It's about building the capabilities, mindset, and culture that make AI adoption sustainable.

AI Readiness... for the Long Run.
