Chris Malpass

Chris Malpass is an experienced Application Solutions Architect at Marathon Consulting since October 2015, providing architectural guidance for software development and DevOps CI/CD for various clients, including a long-term partnership lasting over seven years. Previously, Chris served as a Team Lead, mentoring fellow consultants, and as a Senior Application Development Consultant, leading a team for a global heavy manufacturing client to develop tools for managing mining equipment. Additionally, Chris has held significant roles such as Director of Information Technology at Borrell Associates, Inc., and Systems Administrator at Resort Solutions Inc. Chris began the career in IT as an assistant for the City of Norfolk and has experience in web support from Old Dominion University. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Old Dominion University and attended Yonsei University as an exchange student.
