At Marathon Music Works, Matt held multiple roles ranging from bartender to Ticketing Director and Box Office Manager, showcasing versatility and growth. As Venue Manager at The Truman, oversight included staffing, budgeting, and event management. Currently, Matt serves as Talent Buyer at Marathon Live, bringing comprehensive industry knowledge and business acumen acquired from earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University.
