Richard Treffner

Richard Treffner is currently the CEO and Head of Investments at Marathon Software, a position they have held since 2023. Richard also serves as a Managing Partner at Tempeludden and was a Board Member at Chalmers Teknologkonsulter AB from 2015 to 2022. Previously, Richard worked as an Investment Manager at Karnell from 2012 to 2018 and held various roles in the Swedish Armed Forces, including Sergeant 1st Class and Combat Vehicle Commander, in 2004. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on Finance from the University of Gothenburg.
