Marbella Banús Suites (MBS) is an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified luxury vacation rental management company operating across Marbella’s most prestigious locations: Puerto Banús, Playas del Duque, the Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucía (Golf Valley), and Marbella Town.

Founded by Mariana Flocco and Gabriel Farias Iribarren— with over 14 years of combined experience in luxury hospitality across Asia — MBS was built on a simple conviction: the vacation rental sector in southern Spain can and should operate at the same verified standards as the finest hotels.

We are one of the very few vacation rental operators in Europe to hold dual ISO certification: ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management and ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management, both certified by RINA and accredited through the IQNet and CISQ Federation networks. Our portfolio is further validated by I-PRAC fraud prevention certification, Wellness Tourism Association (WTA) membership, engagement with the Global Wellness Institute (GWI), and active membership in the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA).

Every property in our curated portfolio is registered with the Registro de Turismo de Andalucía (RTA), verified on Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect, and managed under the quality framework our ISO certifications require. We maintain a 4.90/5 rating on Airbnb with five consecutive years of Superhost status and hold the Booking.com Traveller Review Award 2026.

For guests, MBS delivers hotel-grade service in a private residence setting: personal check-ins, 24/7 dedicated concierge, curated interiors, wellness-informed amenities, and zero security deposits. For property owners, we offer transparent boutique management with a competitive 10% fee on direct bookings, dynamic pricing, comprehensive insurance ainterior design services, — shifting reservations from OTA dependency to high-margin direct channels.
