Our mission is to design and manufacture innovative products using thermoforming technology. Our passion for good design drives us to constantly seek new forms of expression while simultaneously respecting the natural environment, which serves as an unlimited source of inspiration for us.
At Marbet Felt, we thoroughly understand the needs of our clients, and we support them with advanced technology and the experience of our team. Thermoforming rPET non-woven fabric, derived from recycled plastic bottles, enables us to produce durable and aesthetically crafted products in various shapes. Our production lines and process automation guarantee high efficiency and excellent product repeatability. Additionally, the use of robotic technologies ensures precise alignment and perfect assembly of individual elements in multi-layered products. Our professionalism, dedication, and flexibility make us a reliable partner for companies across various industries. IKEA, with whom we have collaborated for almost 30 years, is among the companies that have placed their trust in us.
rPET is a lightweight, eco-friendly, and innovative material with excellent acoustic properties and the flexibility to mold surfaces, offering vast design possibilities for various applications. Designers Tomasz Augustyniak and Maciej Karpiak took advantage of its design capabilities when creating acoustic panels for our brand, known for their high aesthetic and functional quality. The CELL and ECLIPSE collections from Marbet Felt's portfolio contribute to creating beautiful, functional, and noise-free spaces that prioritize user well-being. These panels, simple in construction and easy to install, are perfect for use in commercial facilities, public spaces, as well as the comfort of homes.
Marbet Felt is a part of the Polish family-owned company Marbet Sp. z o.o., founded in 1980.
