Breen Sullivan

Breen Sullivan is a seasoned legal and business executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, operations, and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Founder of The Fourth Effect since 2018, Breen has created a pivotal networking platform aimed at enhancing diversity in startup advisory boards. Breen's previous roles include Chief Administrative Officer at Watermark, Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Known, and General Counsel at Bright Power, Inc. Breen has a strong background in intellectual property law, having worked as an associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, and has experience in litigation during time with the Oil & Gas Litigation Team at GE. Breen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Studies from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University and the University of California, Berkeley.
