Duncan Smith

Duncan Smith is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance and investment. Currently serving as Chairman at Marbury since August 2012, Duncan leads a firm that offers independent solutions in accounting, finance, business advisory, and corporate services. As Chief Executive Officer of Marbury Investment, Duncan focuses on private equity, co-investment, and venture capital opportunities. Additionally, Duncan holds the position of Managing Director at Frequency Ltd, specializing in investment opportunities and business advisory services since February 2011. Previously, Duncan was the Managing Partner (Asia) at Ogier from August 2001 to January 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree from Harvard Business School and a BCom LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with early education from St Andrew's School.
