Frederic Reuse

Frederic Reuse is a Customer Success Manager at Marcando since August 2021, specializing in onboarding new clients with ERP-connected webshops and explaining ERP API functionalities. Previously, Frederic served as a Web Support Agent at Stardekk from February 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included web project planning and acting as the primary client contact during the website layout process. Frederic also gained experience as a translator in Dutch, English, French, and Spanish during a vacation job and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management with a focus on translation and interpreting at HOGENT between 2014 and 2018.
