Emily James

Emily James has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Emily most recently worked as a Designer at Marcella New York, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they had their own freelance design business from January 2023 to April 2023.

Emily also has experience at The Donna Karan Company, LLC., where they worked as a Designer from April 2022 to July 2022, and as an Assistant Designer from October 2020 to April 2022.

Emily was an Assistant Designer (Private Label & Donna Karan) at G-III Apparel Group from March 2019 to October 2020.

Emily worked as a Freelance Assistant Designer-Sleep, Swim, Lounge at J.Crew from November 2018 to March 2019.

Additionally, they had internship experiences at Marc Jacobs as a Trims Intern from August 2018 to November 2018, at TOMENYC as a Design/Development Intern from September 2017 to December 2017, at Marissa Webb as an Intern from May 2016 to August 2016, and at Talbots as a Sales Associate from June 2015 to August 2015.

From 2014 to 2018, Emily James attended Parsons School of Design - The New School. Emily graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
