Since the launch of Marchand Petit in 1990, we have grown to become the estate agency synonymous with premium property. Specialising in an area of South Devon known as the South Hams, we have established offices in Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Modbury, Newton Ferrers, Salcombe and Totnes, as well as a London connection. Our highly skilled staff work together to provide the highest levels of service to vendors and purchasers alike, guiding you through one of life’s biggest decisions.

With such a spectacular coastline on our doorstep, it’s little wonder that Marchand Petit has established a strong reputation as the experts on waterside property, but whether you are looking to sell a coastal home or a farm on the rugged Moors, nobody knows this unique area better.
