Josh Young is a Senior Manager of Technical Implementation and Support at Marchex, where they build scalable and adaptable support organizations that deliver exceptional customer service. Previously, they served as a System Engineer at Microsoft from 2012 to 2015 and as Manager of Customer Enablement and Support Operations at BitTitan from 2019 to 2020. Josh earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom between 2009 and 2011.
