Patrick James is the Head Coach at MARCHON Victoria, where they manage coaching teams and have successfully established the first London-based gym, MARCHON Stratford. Patrick began their coaching journey in a Crossfit gym while studying at Aberystwyth University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise. With coaching experience across Kuwait, Hong Kong, and the UK, Patrick has dedicated their career to impacting the fitness community through group classes and personal training. Prior to MARCHON, they held various coaching and leadership roles, including positions at Flare Fitness and Crossfit Aberystwyth.
