Don Hoversten

Don Hoversten is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Virtual Chief Information Officer at Marco Technologies since November 2017, Don specializes in fractional CIO and CISO services, technology assessments, and security evaluations. Don's previous positions include Consulting Services Manager and Systems Engineering Manager at Marco Technologies, where responsibilities included technology assessments and managing engineering teams. As Business Owner of B4D Properties since July 1998, and former President and CEO of BusinessWare Solutions, Don led substantial growth in revenue and employee counts while championing early adoption of various technology solutions. Additionally, Don was instrumental in transforming Buffalo Creek Gourmet Seasonings into a successful online business. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
