Michael Speers has diverse work experience in various companies. Michael started their career in 2008 at Shadow Mountain Community Church as a Director of Web Services, where they served until 2012. In 2009, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at San Diego Christian College until 2012. In 2012, they became a Senior Consultant at Neudesic until 2013. Michael then joined MarcomCentral as a Group Lead Software Engineer in 2013. In 2016, they worked briefly as a Senior IT Software Engineer at Cubic Corporation.

Michael Speers received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, from 1993 to 1997. Michael then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Religion from Liberty University, completing it from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional in Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, obtained from Microsoft.
