Geoffrey Ryan

Geoffrey Ryan is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project management and site supervision. Having served as Site Superintendent at M.A Ryan and Sons from January 2006 to January 2010, followed by roles at Ledcor as Project Manager and Senior Project Coordinator from April 2017 to November 2020, Geoffrey developed strong skills in project scheduling and construction document management. As Senior Project Manager at Marcon from November 2020 to October 2024, and now as Project Director since October 2024, Geoffrey has overseen various complex projects, ensuring the protection of owner interests and efficient team performance. Earlier experience as Project Estimator at Pinnacle International Realty Group from May 2011 to September 2012 involved preparing comprehensive cost estimates and managing contractual negotiations. Geoffrey holds a BS in Construction Management from Limerick Institute of Technology, earned between 2006 and 2011.
