Tim Schmitt

Tim Schmitt is an experienced professional in land economics and development consulting, currently serving as Director of Development at Marcon since June 2016, where previous roles included Senior Development Manager and Development Manager. Prior to that, Tim worked at Urbanics Consultants Ltd. from April 2010 to June 2016 as an Associate, specializing in market, financial, and land-use analyses for various projects. Tim's earlier experience includes a role as Interim General Manager at Lil'wat Business Corporations from April 2009 to April 2010, overseeing diverse operations such as land development and retail. Tim holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the UBC Sauder School of Business, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Dalhousie University.
