David Cafiero

David Cafiero is a Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker currently specializing in the sale of retail properties in Northern New Jersey at Marcus & Millichap and Cafiero Sgambati Team. They have extensive experience in trading and finance, having previously served as an Equity Trader at Virtus Investment Partners and a Proprietary Equity Trader at Soldier Capital. David began their career as a Staff Accountant at Zweig/Glaser Advisers and later worked as a Global Portfolio Administrator at Brown Brothers Harriman. They hold a dual degree in Accounting and Psychology from Seton Hall University, which they earned between 1993 and 1997.
