Ed Nelson is the founding member of The Nelson Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in Retail, Net-Leased, and Office properties from the Sacramento, California office. As a Senior Managing Director of Investments, Ed has represented buyers and sellers of investment properties nationwide since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2004, closing over 300 transactions valued at more than $900 million. Ed's expertise in commercial real estate has earned recognition in the Sacramento Business Journal and features in news publications. Prior to this role, Ed worked in the Consulting Internet Sales Division at Oracle from 2000 to 2004 and attended Sonoma State University from 1993 to 1996.
