Ian Grusd

Ian Grusd, CCIM SIOR, is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap. With over 25 years of experience, they have been instrumental in sourcing and selling more than $2 billion in assets through various channels, including LIVE BID Auctions. Past roles include National Director of Training at Ten-X and Partner at Green Gate Capital, where they managed a diverse portfolio of properties. Ian holds multiple executive education credentials from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Cornell University, in addition to a BA in Economics and Finance from Binghamton University. An accomplished athlete, Ian has also earned Bronze Medals in soccer at the Maccabiah and Pan Am Games.
