James Blair

James Blair has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. James currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Co-Lead at McEvay Blair Multifamily Group and Marcus & Millichap, where they specialize in representing apartment building owners and investors. Prior to this, they worked at JLL as a Senior Vice President and Vice President. James also has experience as a Director at LandlordBC, an organization for rental housing professionals, and at the North Shore Girls Fastpitch Association. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Associate at RE/MAX Bill Goold Realty and as a Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX Professionals. Overall, James has significant expertise in the multifamily investment sector and has been involved in sales transactions worth over $1 billion.

James Blair obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. James later pursued the Real Estate Services License program at The University of British Columbia in 2010-2011 to further enhance their knowledge in the field of Business.
