Jon Ruzicka is currently the Managing Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap, where they specialize in the acquisition and disposition of hospitality assets across multiple states. They previously held the position of First Vice President Investments at the same firm from 2011 to 2025. Prior to their tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Jon served in various management roles within the Hilton hotel chain, including Guest Services Manager and Operations Manager. Jon also has a background in the military as a Combat Engineer in the Minnesota Army National Guard.
