Kyle Young

Kyle Young has a diverse work experience that includes roles in finance, real estate, and confectionary. Kyle began their career as a Financial Sales Intern at First Investors Corporation in 2004. In 2005, they became a Web Content Manager at Allstate Insurance Company, where they consulted, maintained, and published content for intranet communications vehicles. Kyle then co-founded the Diamond Lake Investment Club in 2005, where they developed various models in Excel and employed different strategies in asset trading. In 2010, they co-founded Dixie's Candies, a domestic confectionary company specializing in producing toffee. Kyle was responsible for designing pricing models and financials using Excel, leading the partnership to significant returns. Kyle joined Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation in 2012 as an Associate and later became a Director, working as a Commercial Mortgage Broker. Overall, their experience covers finance, real estate, management, and strategic analysis.

Kyle Young earned an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Chicago Liautaud Graduate School of Business. Kyle attended from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Insurance from Illinois State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree education, Kyle Young has obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NY State from the New York Department of State, which they received in January 2012.
