Patrick Doherty

Patrick Doherty is the Managing Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, where they co-founded the Doherty Houston Industrial Group. Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant industrial assets nationwide, Patrick has been with the firm since 2012 and received the Pacesetter Award for outstanding performance in their first year. A member of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group and the Net Leased Properties Group, Patrick tailors their advisory approach to meet diverse client needs, including developers and private investors. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
