Robert Bhat

Robert Bhat has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Robert started their career at Wells Fargo in 2007, where they worked as a Relationship Manager and Loan Originator in the Commercial Real Estate Group until 2014. During their time at Wells Fargo, they also participated in a five-month advanced credit training program, which allowed him to enhance their credit underwriting, client relationship management, and business development skills.

In 2014, Robert joined NorthMarq Capital as a Producer and Vice President, a role they held until 2016. Robert'sresponsibilities in this position included managing client relationships and producing real estate transactions.

Currently, Robert works at Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Managing Director in the Capital Markets division. Robert has been in this role since 2016 and specializes in capital markets and investment sales.

Throughout their career, Robert Bhat has gained valuable experience in various aspects of the finance and real estate industry, demonstrating expertise in relationship management, credit underwriting, and business development.

Robert Bhat attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Miami.
