Pat Smallcombe

Pat Smallcombe is a seasoned healthcare executive with a diverse background spanning R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and General Management. Currently serving as the CEO and President of Metagenics, Pat also holds advisory and board positions at Mareana, Inc. and Karo Healthcare. Having joined Johnson & Johnson in 2007, Pat previously served as the EMEA Company Group Chair, influencing healthcare across EMEA, Asia, and North America. With a foundational belief in empowering individuals and fostering high-performance teams, Pat champions Diversity and Inclusion, as well as Mental Health and Wellbeing initiatives. Pat holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of South Wales and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Southampton.
