David Whyte

David Whyte is a Postdoctoral Researcher at MaREI since July 2022 and a Part-time Lecturer in Anthropology at Adult Continuing Education: University College Cork since September 2020. Previously, David served as a Development Officer at Ballyhoura Development CLG from June 2019 to June 2022, and as a Teaching Assistant in Material Culture at UCL from September 2016 to July 2017. Additional academic experience includes tutoring in Philosophy at University College Cork from September 2015 to June 2016. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Anthropology from UCL (2014-2018), an MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology from UCL (2013-2014), and a BA in Philosophy from University College Cork.
