Mark Williams

Mark Williams is the current Managing Director at Marek. Mark has also previously held positions as Senior Region Operations Manager, Region Operations Manager, and Diagnostic Imaging Team Leader, CT/MRI Service Engineering at GE Healthcare from December 2019 to August 2021, October 2016 to November 2019, and March 2003 to September 2016 respectively. In these positions, they were responsible for providing accurate revenue and cost forecasting for $300M+ P&Ls, driving cost saving initiatives and revenue growth strategies across 500+ member teams, and diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on CT and MRI systems. Prior to their work at GE Healthcare, Williams was a CT Service Engineer at Diagnostic Imaging Inc. from January 2000 to March 2003, a Biomedical Maintenance Manager at the Texas Army National Guard from October 1997 to October 2002, and an X-Ray Service Engineer at Gilbert X-ray of Texas from October 1997 to January 2000. Before that, they served in the US Army as a Biomedical Maintenance NCOIC, Imaging Engineer, and various other positions from October 1991 to October 1997.

Mark Williams has a MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business. Mark also has a Biomedical Equipment Repair certification from the United States Army Medical Equipment and Optical School. Lastly, they have a BM in Education and Composition from Trinity University.

They work with Mat Boden - Division Operations Manager, Bobby Winder - Production Manager, and John Bailey - Managing Director. Mark Williams reports to David Cupit, Division President, San Antonio.
