Ton Mickers has extensive experience in industrial management, currently serving as the General Capex Manager at Marel since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ton held multiple leadership positions at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, including Facilities & Footprint Strategy Management Director, Global Industrial Director, and European Industrial Director, where key achievements included the establishment of a new global headquarters in Venray and oversight of several production locations across Europe. Ton's career also features roles at VDL Bus & Coach and an R&D internship at Mars. Ton holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technologies from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
