Aditya Salunkhe

Aditya Salunkhe is a seasoned Chief Project Engineer with extensive experience at Marelli since August 2016, where responsibilities have included risk assessment through DFMEA, capital expenditure reporting, and maintaining engineering planning systems for NAFTA vehicle programs. Salunkhe has developed automated tracking systems for project data, engaged in cross-functional collaboration, and implemented quality improvement methodologies such as “5 Why Analysis.” Prior experience includes roles as a Lean Product Development Intern at Maharashtra Forge Pvt. Ltd. and project trainee at Keihin Fie Pvt. Ltd., focusing on engineering specifications, logistics, and production optimization. Salunkhe holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
