Alessandro Serra

Alessandro Serra has over 20 years of experience in project management, primarily at Marelli since September 2007, where current roles include PMO Methodology and Academy, focusing on the definition and implementation of project management procedures at a corporate level. Responsibilities encompass the integration of processes into JIRA, real-time portfolio monitoring via Business Intelligence tools, and oversight of reporting on KPIs and project status. Previously, Alessandro held various managerial positions, coordinating project managers, developing PM methodologies, and managing multifunctional teams in both Europe and the USA. Prior experience includes a role as Industrial Manager at Systems spa. Alessandro Serra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Università degli Studi di Udine.
