Anna Grodecka is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the HR Director for Marelli Automotive Lighting & Sensing EMEA Manufacturing Plants since June 2017, Anna oversees human resources policies and industrial relations across four Polish plants. Prior to this role, Anna held various HR leadership positions, including HR Manager at Marelli and Plastic Components and Modules Poland SA, where responsibilities encompassed talent development, performance appraisal management, and negotiation with trade unions. Anna began a career in human resources at ER.SI Poland, progressing from a management board assistant to HR Manager. Anna holds a Master's degree in Roman Philology with a specialization in Italian from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
