Armando Mota has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the field of polymer and plastics. Currently serving as a Section Leader and Senior Engineer in the Interior Design Group at Marelli since January 2018, Armando focuses on new product launches. Prior experience includes a role as a Materials Engineer at Calsonic Kansei Corporation from January 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included project management and material quality assurance. Earlier, Armando worked as a Plastic Extrusion Engineer at the Institute for Polymers and Composites from November 2011 to March 2013, contributing to project management and the development of extrusion dies. Armando holds a Master's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Universidade do Minho and completed an Erasmus Internship at Università degli Studi di Salerno in 2010.
