Dario Gandini is a Power Electronics Specialist at Marelli since November 2022. Previously, Dario completed a Ph.D. in Mechatronics at Politecnico di Torino from 2013 to 2016, focusing on energy storage technologies for smart grids. Dario has held various academic positions at Politecnico di Torino, including Postdoctoral Researcher, Senior Researcher, and Assistant Professor with a time contract, contributing to the PIC4Ser project for service robotics. Dario's research experience includes a visiting researcher role at the Institute of Systems and Robotics at the University of Coimbra, where Dario worked on DC microgrid solutions for rural electrification. Dario holds a Dottore Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccatronica and a Dottore in Ingegneria Elettronica from Politecnico di Torino.
