Dariusz Białek

Dariusz Białek has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Marelli since September 2018, where responsibilities include technological supervision of production and team management. Previous roles encompass positions as a Technologist at SFA Polska and Processes Engineer at Orzel Bialy, with expertise in production process optimization and Lean Manufacturing. Dariusz has successfully launched multiple production lines, including catalytic converters for Suzuki and VW, and has a background in process engineering with companies such as Gimplast and Magneti Marelli. An engineering graduate from Politechnika Częstochowska, Dariusz holds a degree in Management and Production Engineering.
