Deborah Gobetto

Deborah Gobetto serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Marelli since October 2010, specializing in intellectual property by drafting and negotiating trademark, patent, and know-how licenses, as well as providing strategic legal guidance for domestic and international anti-counterfeiting activities. Previously, Deborah held the position of Legal Counsel Junior, managing national and international agreements, including NDAs and license agreements. Early career experience includes a traineeship at the Ministero delle Attività Produttive, where responsibilities involved supporting the EU in industrial property policy formulation, drafting national anti-counterfeiting guidelines, and examining patents and trademarks. Deborah holds a three-year degree in Scienza dei servizi giuridici per le imprese and a degree in Law, both from the Università degli Studi di Torino.
