Deborah Pastore

Deborah Pastore is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, particularly in research and development settings. Since July 2006, Deborah has held various roles at Marelli, including HR BP for the local R&D site, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal regulations, resource planning, staff development, and industrial relations management. Deborah has also contributed as HR People Development and Internal Communication Manager, focusing on performance assessment, talent development, and internal communication.
