Sr. Director, Global Compensation And Executive Compensation at Marelli

Erica Bellavia, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of global compensation and executive compensation. Erica currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Global Compensation and Executive Compensation at Marelli since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Diebold Nixdorf as Sr. Director Global Compensation from June 2020 to July 2022. Erica was responsible for global oversight of all broad-based compensation operations and processes, as well as influencing, developing, and executing compensation and HR policies on a global scale.

Before joining Diebold Nixdorf, Erica worked as the Executive Director Global Compensation at Adient from October 2019 to May 2020. Erica played a key role in developing and executing the strategy for non-executive compensation programs and implemented a new pay for performance methodology for the Annual Incentive Plan.

Erica also held the position of VP, Global Incentive Compensation at Infor from 2011 to 2019. During their tenure, they redesigned and standardized compensation and bonus plans, resulting in a 6% reduction in worldwide commission expense in the first year.

Prior to Infor, Erica worked at CA Technologies in various roles, including Director, NA Sales Operations and Director, Sales Operations, Customer Interaction Center. Erica provided strategic direction and oversight of sales operations, administered fiscal year and sales compensation planning, and directed key projects for senior leadership.

Erica's earlier experience includes roles at Computer Management Sciences Inc as a Payroll Manager and at Barnett Bank/Nations Bank as a Tax Accountant.

Erica Bellavia holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Erica also has a BBA in Management from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration.
