Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Everaldo Dias has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Magneti Marelli since 1997. In this role, Everaldo oversees productive process adjustments for new products, leads WCM concept dissemination, manages equipment purchases, and handles investment planning. Previously, as the Industrial Technology Coordinator, Everaldo transformed the facility into the world’s largest shock absorbers plant and was responsible for capital investments and strategic growth initiatives. Earlier roles include Production Supervisor, overseeing assembly and machining cells, and Process Analyst, focusing on tooling design and equipment adjustments. Everaldo began the career as a Quality Analyst, measuring quality performance with customers. Educationally, Everaldo holds a Master’s Degree in Machining Process from the Federal University of São João Del-Rey and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
