Fernando Destefanis has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles across multiple countries. Destefanis served as HR Director for Spain at Hilti and Fiat Group Automobiles, and successfully managed HR functions for Fiat Group Automobiles in Spain and Portugal, as well as in Argentina, Brazil, and the UK. At Diesel, Destefanis was instrumental as Regional HR Director for Europe and North Europe, and as Vice President of HR for North America, overseeing substantial organisational transformations and integrations. Currently, Destefanis works at Marelli in the People & Rewards Global Manufacturing division. Education includes a degree in Software Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and an MBA from Catholic University of Cordoba.
