Fernando Santos

Fernando Santos has extensive experience in maintenance and production management within the manufacturing sector. From 1998 to 2011, Fernando held the position of Jefe de turno producción y mantenimiento at Magna Formex, overseeing production and maintenance in Hydroforming and Laser Cutting areas. Following this, Fernando worked as Sr. Jefe de Mtto at ISRINGHAUSEN from November 2012 to March 2015, responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of seating and spring manufacturing. From May 2015 to 2016, Fernando served as Mantenimiento at SAG-MECASA, ensuring administration of preventive maintenance and quality systems. Since August 2016, Fernando has been the Gerente de mantenimiento at Magneti Marelli and, since July 2019, at JNM, continuing to focus on maintenance leadership in these roles. Fernando holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from both Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla and Benimerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla, earned between 1993 and 1998.
