Florian Daniel

Florian Daniel is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Cross Functional Engineering Manager at Marelli since July 2017. In this role, Florian leads department teams in hardware development, component release, and lifecycle project management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparent communication. Previous positions include LifeCycle Project Managers and Components Release Group Leader and Project Manager-Industrialization at Marelli, where Florian coordinated various engineering processes and managed supplier relationships. Prior experience includes engineering roles at De'Longhi, Emerson Process Management, and Nokia, where Florian demonstrated strong leadership in manufacturing, process improvement, and technical support. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and an Engineering degree in Telecommunications from Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
