Gianluca Cesari

Gianluca Cesari has an extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Gianluca started their career in 2003 as a Patent Engineer at INVENTION SRL, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined Bonfiglioli as an Electric Motor Design Manager, a position they held until 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at Marelli, first as a Senior Project Leader and currently as the Head of e-machine Advanced Engineering.

Gianluca Cesari pursued a Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica Vecchio Ordinamento from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, from 1995 to 2003. In addition, they obtained additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Project Management from Bologna Business School - Università di Bologna.
