Gianmarco Secci

Gianmarco Secci possesses extensive experience in plant management and process engineering across various industries. Since April 2018, Gianmarco has held multiple leadership roles at Marelli, including Plant Manager, Head of Marelli Process Launch Management, and Head of Process Engineering. Prior to Marelli, Gianmarco served as Director of Aerostructures at Leonardo, where responsibilities included overseeing production at the Agustawestland Polish plant. Additional experience includes serving as General/Operations Manager at Dayco Power Transmission, President of Dayco Argentina SA, and various roles at Mark IV Automotive, Valeo Lighting Systems, Seima Italiana SpA, and Naxso Srl. Gianmarco holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a scientific high school diploma.
