Grant Pang

Grant Pang is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience in human resources, operations, and management within multinational companies. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Global Business Services in APAC at Marelli, Grant specializes in HR strategies, organizational culture, and talent development. Previously, Grant held key HR leadership roles at Johnson Controls, where they were instrumental in establishing HR governance models and managing organizational restructuring. Grant also acquired a Master of Social Work in Applied Psychology from UNSW, enhancing their expertise in HR practices across diverse industries.
