Grishma Prabhu has over 18 years of experience in project management and operations across the automotive and consumer electronics sectors, currently serving as the Head of Engineering Operational Excellence & Outsourcing Management at Marelli. Previously, Grishma held positions at HARMAN India, managing large teams and overseeing significant projects in the Intelligent Cockpit domain. Grishma has also contributed to Human Resources as a Senior Specialist in Learning & Development, enhancing organizational training and development efforts. A gold medalist and top-ranked graduate from the University of Mysore, Grishma specializes in procurement, budgeting, and resource management.
