Holger Schramm

Holger Schramm serves as Vice President and Head of Global Business Services Finance at Marelli since February 2024, overseeing major operations in Mexico, Brazil, Slovakia, and China, alongside the role of Global Process Owner for Record to Report (R2R). Prior to this, Schramm was with Genpact from December 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading Global Operational Controllership processes within the manufacturing sector and managing financial operations for GE’s Renewables business. With extensive experience at General Electric from 2004 to 2019, Schramm held significant leadership roles in global process design and operational controllership across various sectors. Earlier in the career, Schramm worked with Aventis Group in financial leadership and auditing positions, showcasing a robust background in finance and operational excellence across multiple industries.
