James Scaramel has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing management, currently serving as Plant General Manager at Marelli since May 2017, where responsibilities include the development of new production processes and improvements in current manufacturing processes. Prior to this role, James was with Magneti Marelli Cofap from July 2008 to May 2017, holding positions as Coordinator of Engineering and Supervisor of Engineering, focusing on production process development for automotive components. Earlier career experiences include project supervision at Sandvik Coromant and process analysis at Magneti Marelli Cofap, as well as mechanical design experience at Sigma Projetos e Processos Industriais. James holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI.
