Joo Reynolds

Joo Reynolds is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the owner of Kwon Consulting since May 2025, Joo holds dual roles as Maintenance Manager and Engineering Manager at Marelli since May 2019, and as Engineering Manager at Calsonic Kansei Corporation since June 2017. Previous positions include Process Engineer at Calsonic Kansei from July 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities included preparing assembly lines and updating documentation, and Mechanical Systems Engineer at Aerospace Testing Alliance from March 2008 to July 2013, focusing on industrial equipment for wind tunnel testing. Additionally, Joo served as Head Rugby Coach at Blackman High School from February 2009 to June 2017 and worked as a Pyrotechnician at Pyro Shows Inc. from May 2002 to July 2013, designing and executing fireworks displays for various events.
